MDNA Cover

In this tutorial DomQuichotte will teach you, how to add glass panels in front of your image. This effect is most likely know from Madonna’s MDNA CD cover. First, we’ll be adjusting the colors of our main image. Then, we will apply the light refraction, which is typical for glass. Later, we will use Photoshop’s Glass Filter with a self-made PSD template, to enhance the refraction. Next, we will colorize some class panels, add light reflections, and adjust the colors. Finally, we’ll complete the layout by adding text.

    Im a newbie in Photoshop software, and I decided to start with the MDNA cover.

    I found your tutorial on YouTube and found it really great !

    The thing is that Im blocked with making the 12 glass panels. I dont find how to copy the first panel. I press ALT and a second selection appears but I cant block it and make a third one… Can you help me please ?

    I LOVE THE TUTORIAL.. AND I WOULD REALLY LOVE TO BE ABLE TO DO THIS.. ITS JUST THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE TOO FAST AND I DONT UNDERSTAND A LOT OF THE SOFTWARE YOU ARE USING. 🙁
